Second/Ground Level (shaded) and Third Level (main)
Heated one car garage on second/ground level. Stairs lead up to main (third) level. Gourmet kitchen with hardwood oak floors, a bar that easily seats four, a dining room table that pulls out to seat 12. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and dishes you will ever need. Large side-by-side Amana refrigerator, downdraft Amana stove with grill and gridel. There is also a Barbecue grill on the deck outside. Homey living room with queen sleeper sofa, two recliner chairs, gas fire place with temperature control, surround sound stereo, cable TV, 32 channels of music/CD/VCR. In addition 192 Wellington has a long porch for viewing the ski slopes. 194 Wellington has tape cassette player, and great view of mountains with 120 year old church in foreground.
Fourth Level (shaded) and Master Suite Level
The fourth features two queen beds with adjoining bathroom which has two sinks, and a separate shower/water closet area. Through a hall door, this bathroom is also used by those sleeping in the upstairs library. Remote control TV. 192 Wellington also has private balcony with a beautiful view of mountains.
The master suite level features TV, private bath with jetted tub, separate shower and enclosed water closet.
In loft 192 is a queen bed. 194 has a day bed that makes into a large king size bed or into two separate single beds. From the lofts are great views of the mountains. While you may be wanting to get away from fax machines, each unit has a fax machine on this level.
